3. Dispatch Schedule
- Standard orders: Dispatched within 24-48 hours of order confirmation for in-stock products.
- Custom blended products: 5-7 business days for formulation and quality testing.
- Bulk/tanker loads: Scheduled based on production planning; typically 3-5 business days.
4. Packaging Standards
Wintex Lubricants products are available in the following packaging formats:
- Small packs: 500ml, 1L, 5L cans (for automotive oils)
- Medium packs: 20L buckets, 26L jerry cans
- Bulk packs: 50L drums, 210L barrels/drums
- IBC containers: 1000L Intermediate Bulk Containers
- Tanker loads: Customized bulk tanker delivery
All containers are sealed with tamper-evident caps and labeled with batch number, manufacturing date, and safety information as per BIS standards.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, volume, destination, and order value. Charges are included in the quotation provided to you. For orders above specified thresholds, freight may be included (ex-factory or FOR destination).
6. Hazmat Compliance
Industrial lubricants and greases are classified as non-hazardous goods under standard transport conditions. However, we ensure:
- All products are transported with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
- Packaging meets UN transport specifications where applicable
- Proper hazard labeling and handling instructions are provided
7. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with the transporter name, LR (Lorry Receipt) number, and estimated delivery date via email or WhatsApp.
